Significance: Leahy Hall makes a neutral impact on the campus with neither great historic nor architectural significance. It is not a contributing building.

Condition: The relocation of the law school to a new facility provided an opportunity to renovate Leahy Hall to consolidate services housed in the former Administration Building (demolished) and in leased facilities off campus. The current condition of Leahy Hall is good, including complete abestos containing material abatement. The roof-top ductwork was repaired and insulated in 2003.
